Free Program to Protect Against Fractures

Williston Place Senior Living offers a free RSVP Bone Builders program that focuses on balance and light weight training to protect against fractures caused by osteoporosis. Studies conducted by Tufts University and published in the New England Journal of Medicine, show those who participated in this program just twice a week gained muscular strength, balance and increased bone density. The program is for individuals that are 55 and older and is held at Williston Place Independent Senior Living, 422 Blair Park Road in Williston.
